• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. The maximum daily deposit limit varies depending on the payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Your first withdrawal may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Funds deposited must come solely from the account holder's own payment method. Third-party payments are not accepted.

• Attempting to use the same promotion multiple times or across multiple accounts will result in bonus cancellation.

• Cashback offers apply once per week and are calculated as a set percentage of net losses only.

To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must successfully register and meet the minimum deposit requirement. If multiple members of the same household claim a referral bonus, a verification process will be applied.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error on the platform.

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or manage your account is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets on outcomes that are predetermined or fixed (use of match-fixing information).
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to launder money or clean funds from illegal sources through 699 Baht.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain — any such incidents should be reported immediately.
• Attempting to complete account verification using fraudulent documents or a false identity.

If any of the above violations are proven, 699 Baht reserves the right to immediately terminate the account and forfeit all associated balances. In serious cases, law enforcement authorities may also be notified.

You may close your 699 Baht account at any time. Equally, 699 Baht reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of these Terms.

• To voluntarily close your account, contact our Help Center. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing.
• As part of responsible gaming, you may request a temporary self-exclusion (cooling-off period) or a longer-term break at any time.
• If an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any forfeited balance will not be refunded.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) may be automatically marked as dormant and subject to a monthly maintenance fee.
